Makeup Counts

As a woman knowing how to apply makeup is basically a rule of thumb. We wouldn’t want to go out of our house looking haggard and meet some acquaintances in such a grumpy appearance. Putting on a makeup doesn’t have to be that complicated.

It doesn’t have to be that expensive either. I can’t understand why some women like to invest in so expensive makeup stuff while they just serve one purpose – to hide your flaws and bring out the confidence in you. If you want to look presentable without spending much, just have the basic stuff in your makeup kit.

All you need is a piece of brown eyeliner, a foundation, a blush on, eye color, mascara, a compact powder and a lipstick. Well, with lipstick you can have more than one piece if you want to. I usually wear a different shade of lipstick at night; it’s usually darker. Now, if you’re going on special occasion like wedding or special dinner party, I suggest that you consult a professional makeup artist. We don’t attend a wedding everyday or go to special events many times so make sure that you look elegant and you’re dressed accordingly. Don’t forget that they’ll be taking your photos so make that special day count.
